Northwest Prep Charter School enrolls students throughout the school year as long as we have vacancies. If grade level enrollment caps are reached, we will continue to accept completed applications and they will be placed on our waiting list. If a vacancy occurs during the school year, we review and admit applicants on our waiting list.

For students applying to enter NWP for the 2023-24 school year, a complete application must be submitted by March 1, 2023 for early registration and admission.  A complete application must be submitted by March 1, 2023 for priority registration and admission.  After April 4th, if the number of applications exceeds the allotted number of seats available at Northwest Prep, a lottery will be held to determine admission. Applicants not selected in the lottery will be placed on a waiting list in order of the date of their application submission. Only students with a completed application will be considered.

Student Visitations to NWP
It's important when applying to Northwest Prep to consider both the benefits and limitations of a such a small and personalized educational environment. NWP's innovative inquiry-based program is challenging and engaging, and quite rigorous.  We encourage you to make an appointment for your student to spend time visiting the school on one of NWP's Shadow Days. Our student guides will host your child during their visit to Northwest Prep and give them a kid's-eye view of a typical day on our campus.
